Fahed Mohamed Aladdin is the Founder and CEO of the Quick Talk Dubai Group, the parent company of Montclair Türkiye and Montclair Thailand. A Civil Engineer and MBA graduate with over 30 years of experience across the GCC, Fahed built his career managing some of the region's most complex infrastructure and construction programmes in Saudi Arabia — from railway stations and hospitals to university campuses and luxury hotels.

That engineering foundation is what sets him apart. Where most brokers see a floor plan, Fahed sees a building — its structure, its developer, its delivery risk, and its long-term value. This is the standard he applies to every property the group recommends.
